Registration

All attendees must register for the conference. The registration will include lunches, tea, coffee and one banquet. Each paper must have at least ONE full registration (USD 450 / 500) and each registration can cover the presentation and publication of one paper only.

    None or ONLY one accepted paper in either SPM or SMI and attend BOTH SPM and SMI symposiums USD 550
    Student attend BOTH SPM and SMI symposiums (NOT include the banquet fee) USD 300
    Additional Banquet Ticket USD 65

    Full Rate (after October 1, 2014)

    None or one accepted paper in SMI and attend SMI symposium USD 600

    Note:

    1. If you have one accepted paper in SPM and one accepted paper in SMI, you have to register TWICE and pay (USD450 X 2) = USD 900 in total before or on Oct 1, 2014.
    2. If you have TWO accepted papers in SMI, you have to register TWICE and pay (USD450 X 2) = USD 900 in total before or on Oct 1, 2014.
    3. If you are student and the ONLY author to attend the symposium, please pay (USD 450) before or on Oct 1,2014 as each paper must have AT LEAST ONE full registration.
    4. We only accept Hong Kong dollars for the onsite payment and the official conference exchange rate is 1 USD = 7.75 HKD

  • Invited Letter

    For those who would like to request invited letter, please send your request to spm2014@mae.cuhk.edu.hk stating your name, address and title of your paper you will be presenting if any.

  • Official Receipt

    An e-copy receipt will be sent after Oct 1,2014. The official receipt will be provided in the conference.
