The setting of the conference room will be as usual. There will be a projector and you can use either the computer in the room or your own laptop for presentation.

Check in advance that your laptop works well with the projector if you use your own laptop. If you use the computer in the conference room, please confirm that your multimedia files work properly.

Information for a Full Paper Presenter

Each paper will be given 25 minutes for oral presentation; including Q & A. Your presentation is expected to go for 20 minutes, reserving 5 minutes for Q & A.

Information for a Short Paper Presenter

Each paper will be given 20 minutes for oral presentation; including Q & A. Your presentation is expected to go for 15 minutes, reserving 5 minutes for Q & A.

Information for a Poster Paper Presenter

Each paper will be given 4 minutes for oral presentation without Q&A.
There will be poster demonstrations, where the authors and the audience will meet and discuss poster papers.

Your poster should include but not limited to the followings:

• Title
• Contact Information
• Abstract of the Work

The size of the poster should be about 71.11 cm (W) x 91.43 cm (H). Only one page is allowed. Please hand in your poster for display during the first day's registration. The poster is available here. .

You should print the poster and bring it to the conference yourself.
